Writer, Editor, Content Strategist

Write, edit, repeat. Most of my working life I've been making restaurant, travel, and lifestyle content work for the web. I've reviewed restaurants and bars, edited cookbooks and an e-book, done copywriting for start-up businesses, penned newsletters, created myriad blog posts, written sponsored and branded content for major companies, managed a large number of in-house editors and freelance writers, executed content plans, managed big budgets, and so much more.

I'm a smart, no-nonsense editor who knows how to polish copy to a fine shine. I enjoy every part of the process, from content strategy to idea generation to promotion. I have no shortage of ideas and opinions, and I'm eager to work with others who are as equally savvy.

After growing up in Pennsylvania and living in Atlanta and New York City, I put the East Coast behind me for the West Coast, where I settled first in Santa Monica, lulled by the sun, surf, and sand. Recently I moved to Portland, where I live with my two kids and one cat, Jimmy, who is a real doll.
